Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It takes 1-3 business days for processing, Standard International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days and Expedited shipping takes 3 to 7 days . The processing times are standard for all orders, even expedited shipping.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped.  Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipped as fast as possible.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked.

Do you charge sales tax?

Will my items come in one package?

When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 60 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

I received the wrong item

If you received a wrong item, you can exchange it for the correct item or receive a full refund.

My order arrived damaged

If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, we’ll need photos to verify the damage and/or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us understand what went wrong, and helps to make sure we prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

We are only able to process a refund or exchange for damaged and/or incorrect items within 60 days from the date you received the order.

Once we receive the photos, we’ll issue a return label to you via email. Once the affected item is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement. Please reach out to our team right away by emailing us here. We’ll resolve your issue as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn, used, or washed.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address. We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Once you’ve submitted your order, it’s not possible to edit the items in your order or change your delivery address. You can always place a second order for any additional items you want, or cancel the order and place a new one.
